Welcome Bonus is available to all new clients who open a live trading account with Tickmill.

The bonus must be claimed within 14 calendar days after you have validated your email in the process of Client Area registration.

To claim the bonus, a client has to send an email with his trading account number at support@tickmill.com using a code word ‘Welcome Bonus’.

Profits earned when using the Welcome Bonus can be withdrawn after at least 5 standard lots have been traded on the account.

The minimum profit that can be withdrawn from the account is $€£30. All open and pending orders must be closed before withdrawing the profit.

Any withdrawal from the account that has received a Welcome Bonus will immediately nullify the bonus on that account.

Please note that the bonus is credited to a client’s trading account. For this reason, the trading account might potentially reach negative balance, which, in its turn, affects client’s deposit(s) on that trading account. Therefore, we suggest that a client opens a new trading account for depositing. If a client wishes to use an existing trading account, he has to send a request to Tickmill support at support@tickmill.com. The request must include client’s trading account number. Tickmill will reimburse any loss not greater than bonus amount.

Tickmill reserves the right to disqualify any user if there is a suspicion of misuse or abuse of fair rules.

Hedging trading positions internally (using other trading accounts held with Tickmill) or externally (using other trading accounts held with other brokers) and thus avoiding market risk is considered an abuse.

Tickmill reserves the right to change the terms of the campaign or cancel it at any time.

Any disputes or likely misunderstandings that may occur as a result of the campaign terms will be resolved by the Tickmill Management in a way that presents the fairest solution to all parties involved. Once such a decision has been made, it shall be regarded as final and/or binding for all parties.
