If your account goes to $100 and your account did not fulfill 5 standard lots trading condition then you will be able withdraw only $10 in max from your balance, If you do so then your trading account will be disabled, the remaining balance will be nullified & trading account will be closed after the withdrawal.

If your account goes to $100 and your account fulfilled 5 standard lots trading condition then you will be able to withdraw full $100, which is available in balance. But the trading account will be disabled & closed after the withdrawal.
