RoboForex group has become the Platinum sponsor of Autolife, the Cypriote race team, which will participate in The Dakar 2017 rally. Due to this, the Company will run an offer for its clients and partners to win two tickets to this event. The offer results will be summarized at the end of 2016.
1. General provisions
1.1 The name of the offer is "Road to The Dakar 2017" (hereinafter called the Offer).
1.2 The offer is organized by RoboForex group (hereinafter called RoboForex).
1.3 The main prize of the Offer is two tickets to The Dakar rally, which starts on January 2nd 2017 in Paraguay (hereinafter called the Prize).
1.4 The period of the Offer is from August 1st to December 1st 2016 (hereinafter called the Period of the Offer).
1.5 The final date of the Offer may be changed due to the necessity of preparing the Prize for being presented to the winners.
2. Participants of the offer
2.1 Any legal person, who has a RoboForex trading account (hereinafter called the Client) or a RoboForex affiliate account (hereinafter called the Partner), can participate in the offer.
2.2 The RoboForex trading or affiliate account is a real trading account opened via RoboForex official website.
2.3 To have an opportunity to compete for the Prize, the Client or the Partner must have at least one prize coupon (hereinafter called the Coupon).
3. Coupons
3.1 The Coupons are given to Clients and Partners until and including the penultimate day of the Offer.
3.2 The maximum amount of Coupons that may be received by the Trader is 10.
3.3 The maximum amount of Coupons that may be received by the Partner is 10.
3.4 If the Partner trades by himself, he is considered as both the Client and the Partner. In this case, the maximum amount of Coupons he is allowed to receive is 20.
3.5 Each coupon has its unique number, which is a random number from "0000" to "9999".
3.6 The Client is granted one Coupon for each 100 USD of his calculated Rebates (the total amount of Rebates on all accounts of the Client).
3.7 The Partner is granted one Coupon for each 1,000 USD of his calculated affiliate commission (the total amount of affiliate commission on all accounts of the Partner).
4. Prize number
4.1 The prize number will be the 4-digit number from "0000" to "9999".
4.2 The quotes of EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDCHF, and USDJPY currency pairs are monitored in online mode (update time is every 5 seconds). The quotes are provided by MetaQuotes Software corporation.
4.3 Monitoring of the above-mentioned quotes in real time mode is available on MetaQuotes demo-server (art. 8.7).
4.4 The prize number will consist of the penultimate digits of Bid quotes of these symbols as follows:
4.4.1 The first digit of the prize number is the penultimate digit of EURUSD.6Y quote.
4.4.2 The second digit of the prize number is the penultimate digit of GBPUSD.6Y quote.
4.4.3 The third digit of the prize number is the penultimate digit of USDCHF.6Y quote.
4.4.4 The fourth digit of the prize number is the penultimate digit of USDJPY.6Y quote.
4.5 On the last day of the Period of the Offer, the penultimate digits of the quotes on the above-mentioned symbols are recorded.
4.6 The prize number will consist of the digits of the last quotes of the symbols recorded at the above-mentioned time.
5. Election of the winner
5.1 At the end of the offer, two winners will be elected: one from the "Client" category and one from the "Partner" category.
5.2 All coupons for each category will be graded in order of the Coupon number’s being further from the Prize number.
5.3 The Winner in each category will be the owner of the Coupon, which is the highest in this grading.
5.3.1 If there are several participants, who match the conditions described in the art. 5.3, the winner of the Offer is the participant, who has more Rebates or affiliate commission.
5.3.2 If there are several participants, who match the conditions described in the art. 5.3.1, the winner of the Offer is the participant, who has made more deposits during the period of the Offer.
5.3.3 If there are several participants, who match the conditions described in the art. 5.3.2, the winner of the Offer is the participant, whose Members Area was registered earlier.
6. Posting of results
6.1 The winners' full name, the country and the city of residence may be subject to publishing.
6.2 The intermediate and final results of the Offer may be published on any RoboForex website or external mass media.
6.3 The final results of the Offer will be published within 7 days after the Period of the Offer is over.
7. Taking the Prize
7.1 Several days after the winner is elected, the Company’s representatives will contact him to discuss how to receive the Prize.
7.2 In case the winner elects not to receive the Prize for any reason whatsoever or due to impossibility of contacting him during the specified period of time, the Prize is given to the runner-up Coupon (art. 5.3), and so on.
7.3 At the time the competition results are summarized, participants of the Offer must have valid international passports or other documents, which make international trips possible. In case the Winners of the Offer don’t have the documents required for the trip, the Company reserves the right to deny them in taking the Prize.
8. Final provisions
8.1 RoboForex uses reasonable efforts to protect data and information concerning the Offer from unauthorized access and has no obligation to provide such information to the third parties in open access.
8.2 The fact that the Client or the Partner is participating in the Offer means that the Client or the Partner, in case he wins, agrees that
8.2.1 He might be interviewed, including radio, TV, or other media.
8.2.2 His pictures (photos, etc.) might be used for promotion purposes.
8.2.3 His name and surname might be used by RoboForex for promotional purposes without any additional payments.
8.2.4 The copyrights for all marketing materials created with the help of the items specified in this article will belong to RoboForex.
8.3. All disputes and differences concerning the Offer and its results, which may arise, are to be settled by the Parties in an amicable way.
8.4 The fact that Clients and Partners are participating in the Offer automatically implies that they have read and agreed to the Conditions of the Offer.
8.5 If the winner refuses to adhere to all Conditions of the Offer, his participation in the Offer may be cancelled.
8.6 RoboForex and MetaQuotes staff members, as well as their affiliated persons, are not allowed to participate in the Offer.
8.7 Clients have an opportunity to monitor the quotes flow from MetaQuotes, which will be used to generate the Prize number, directly on MetaQuotes trading server. In order to do that, the Client has to:
- Launch his RoboForex MetaTrader4 terminal.
- Choose "File - Open an Account".
- Add "MetaQuotes-Demo" server and click "Next".
- Choose "New real account" and click "Next".
- Fill in all fields in the form, agree to the subscription by ticking in the corresponding field, and click "Next".
- After performing all above-mentioned actions, click on "Finish".
After all above-mentioned actions are performed, the Client will be authorized on MetaQuotes demo account, where he can view the quotes flow in online mode.
9. The language of the Offer rules and conditions
9.1 The rules and conditions of the Offer are published in translations in 15 language versions of the corresponding RoboForex websites.
9.2 The major language of the Offer is English.
9.3 In case there are any differences between the English version of these Rules and Conditions and any other language version, the English version is always considered to be prevailing.
