1. This promotion started on the 23-06-2015 and is directed to all new clients at XTB UK. New accounts for existing Clients will not be taken into consideration. Old Clients opening a new trading account will be considered existing clients.
2. The Bonus amount is £25, €30, $40 or 9000 HUF depending on the base currency of your trading account.
3. The Bonus will be added in form of Credit to the trading account the Client will choose in the account opening process.
4. In order to receive the Bonus you must open either an xStation or MT4 account with XTB UK.
5. This offer is restricted to one Bonus per person.
6. Any additional or sub accounts opened will not qualify for this Offer.
7. The Bonus will not be subject to withdrawal.
8. The Bonus will only be granted to Clients whose accounts have been Verified.
9. The Bonus will be withdrawn from the trading account 30 days after the activation of the trading account
10. XTB will not be held liable for any losses incurred by the client as a result of his/her trading in relation to this offer.
11. For the unique individual account subject to this promotion, XTB will cover any negative balance up to three (3) times the value given as Credit during the days the Bonus is credited into the trading account. For example; for a £25 Credit XTB will cover negatives balances up to £75.
12. XTB reserves its right to withdraw the bonus from the clients account.
13. XTB reserves the right to grant the Bonus to Clients.
14. A Bonus will be revoked or withdrawn from customers who abuse the spirit of this offer. XTB UK reserves the right to cancel/remove a Bonus at any time in case of any suspected abuse of the offer. “Abuse” includes, but is not limited to, the opening of multiple accounts to claim multiple Bonuses. Further, where any term of a Bonus offer is breached or there is any reasonable suspicion by XTB UK’s that a customer has acted fraudulently or obtained an unfair or unintended advantage, we reserve the right to stop any attempted withdrawal of funds.
15. XTB UK is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under this promotion. Exceptions to these rules are at the sole discretion of XTB UK’s management, and our decision is final.
16. XTB UK reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this offer at any time without notice.
17. If these Terms are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Terms shall prevail where there is any inconsistency.
